WebHere, I recommend enabling DXVK Async patch and FSync. FSync bought me 40+ fps on a 3080 @ 4k. I do not recommend turning on Feral's GameMode rn. It's supposed to help get more juice outta your CPU but it makes my game really unstable and honestly didn't do much more than fsync. Mess around with other settings if you want.
