WebI cannot see any Networks using the Fitbit Desktop App, and cannot pair to my Fitbit Versa using the Desktop App to add music. Going to the "Manage Wi-fi Networks" within the Media section does not return any Wi-Fi Networks. My Laptop is connected to a Wi-fi, My FitBit App on my iPhone can see my Wi-fi and can successfully connect. WebApr 17, 2024 · Supposedly WiFi setup is faster but that option failed multiple times. I opened a chat session with support and they said wi-fi the way to go but forum posts suggest others had same problem I had. Support said blue tooth update would be about 6 hours but I am 8 hours in and by status bar I think I have 8 hours to go.
