The building society began the process of closing its 79,000 Treasurers Trust accounts two years ago. In 2024, it shut 64,000 such accounts, but it paused the process due to the Covid-19 pandemic. WebOnly individuals who have a Royal Bank of Scotland account and authorised access to Digital Banking should proceed beyond this point. For the security of customers, any unauthorised attempt to access customer bank information will be monitored and may be subject to legal action.
