Our sample covers 29 countries, 24 years between 1992 and 2015, and 30,955 non-financial firms. Using this data, we analyze the effects of macroprudential policies on firms' Tobin's Q. Webof the iMaPP database we exploit is that it distinguishes policy tightening and loosening actions for each of the categories of tools included in the database.
